About our Process

How involved do I need to be during the project?

This project is a reflection of your business, and I want it to feel like the collaboration it truly is. You'll kick things off by filling out a detailed questionnaire that helps me understand your goals and the story behind your brand. You'll also build a personal moodboard so I can understand your visual style and figure out how to weave it into the overall creative direction strategically. This applies to both branding and website projects. Your input shapes everything.

Do you offer revisions, and how many are included?

Every project—whether branding or website—includes 3 rounds of revisions. Here's how it works: you gather all the feedback you have, share it with me, and I sit down to make every change. That's one round. With each round, the list gets shorter and shorter, and we get closer to the final result. In practice, none of my past clients have needed more than two rounds.

What do I need to have ready before we start working together?

You don't need to have everything figured out, but you do need a starting point. Come in knowing who your ideal client is, what you offer, and what you're working toward in your business. We'll sharpen and refine all of that together during our strategy call—but I need something to work with from the start.

Will I have a say in the creative direction, or do you take full control?

Both, honestly. You'll build a moodboard that gives me a window into your style and what feels right to you—that always comes first. From there, I take the lead. I'll curate two creative directions rooted in your brand strategy and let you choose which one feels most aligned with your vision. I'll always incorporate your perspective, but I won't just execute whatever you point at. My job is to make sure the design actually works for your brand—not just look pretty. Short version: you give me your two cents on style, and I take it from there.

About the Investment

How much does a branding or website project typically cost?

It depends on what your business actually needs—some clients come in needing a full website and brand strategy, others just need a visual identity because their strategy is already solid. That's exactly why a discovery call is always our first step: to figure out which package fits you best. Projects at Vemi Studio range from $1,200 to $10,000 USD.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely. You have a few options. You can split the total into two payments—half to start, half at the end. You can also spread it across four monthly payments. And if you need even more flexibility, we've partnered with Klarna to offer financing plans up to 24 months. Klarna's rates vary based on financing duration, credit score, and amount—but it's free to check your estimate with no commitment.

Are there any additional costs I should budget for outside of your fee?

For branding projects, no–everything is covered within your package. For website projects, there are two external costs to plan for: your domain (yourwebsite.com) and the hosting platform fees to keep your site live. Neither of those goes to Vemi Studio, but both are necessary for your site to be up and running when we officially launch and wrap the project.

Do you offer à la carte services, or only full packages?

Short answer: no. Longer answer: not always. I do offer additional graphic design services—things like social media templates, collateral, packaging, or merch design, but exclusively for past clients. If we've already worked together, just reach out and we can talk through what you need.

About the Timelines

How long does a full branding and website project take?

Projects typically run between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly feedback comes in on your end. We'll have a much clearer picture of your specific timeline once we've talked through the details on our discovery call.

Can I rush a project if I have a deadline?

Sometimes, yes, but it's never guaranteed. I won't push current clients' work aside to squeeze in a new project, full stop. That said, if I have the availability, I can offer a rush option: something that typically takes 6 weeks can sometimes be completed in 4 with a rush fee. It still depends on how quickly you can turn feedback around on your end. Best thing to do? Just ask. I'll always be upfront about what's possible.

About the Services

Do you design logos only, or do you offer full brand identity?

Full brand identity, always. Handing someone just a logo and sending them off would be doing them a disservice. A brand is a system—a collection of pieces that work together and support each other across every touchpoint between you and your client. My goal is to give you a structured, complete set of brand assets so you're never scrambling to figure out what to use or how to use it.

What website platforms do you build on?

We exclusively build on Showit. It's the platform I recommend to service providers for its design flexibility and how user-friendly it is to manage on your own after we wrap the project. I want you to feel confident making updates without needing to call me every time.

Yes, yes, and yes. The one thing I'll need from you is a brand identity guideline, so I have a clear visual system to follow and build from. Come with that and we're good to go.

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is complete?

Yes, every package includes up to 2 months of support at no extra cost after we wrap. If you're looking for something longer-term, I have a strategy and social media content program available to past clients only. Inquire for details.
